Non-urgent advice: Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Non-urgent advice: Closed for training – Tuesday 15th June from 1pm

Surgeries across the New Forest, including Waterfront & Solent Surgery, will close early on Tuesday 15th June for training from 1PM. We will re-open at 8AM on Wednesday morning. If you need medical assistance in the meantime, then please call 111.

Non-urgent advice: eConsult

Please note the eConsult service is not monitored outside our normal surgery opening hours; Monday to Friday 8.00am till 6.30pm.

Any eConsult request you submit outside of our normal surgery opening hours will not be read until we open the next working day.  Whilst the eConsult advice service is still accessible 24/7, you are unable to submit a GP online consultation from Friday at 6.30pm to Monday at 6.30am each week or on Bank Holidays.

Extended Access: Evening & Weekend Appointments

This service offers extended access to primary care, offering primary care services in the evenings (after 6.30pm on weekdays, weekends and bank holidays) for routine and same day bookings.

Face to Face Out of Hours – this is currently provided by PHL within the existing Out of Hours service.

Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC)

This service offers extended access to primary care, offering primary care services in the evenings (after 6.30pm on weekdays, weekends and bank holidays) for routine and same day bookings.

Face to Face Out of Hours – currently delivered by PHL within the existing Out of Hours service.

Minor Injury Unit – offering minor injury services, including access to diagnostics such as x-ray.
