How do I get my test results?
Please remember that if you have a blood test or other investigation it is your responsibility to enquire with the practice about the result.
If your result requires action from the surgery, a receptionist will contact you by phone to let you know what needs to be done. We do not inform patients of normal results.
The best way to access your results is to register for our enhanced online services. This means your can access your results, and see the doctors comments as soon as they are made available. Click here for details

The time interval for telephoning for results is
- Blood tests – 2 working days
- X-rays and ultrasound – 5 to 7 working days
To maintain confidentiality, results will only be given to the patient in person.
