URGENT – Staff shortages this week (14/02/2022)

We are sorry to have to announce that the surgery will be severely short staffed this. We have doctors, nurses and admin staff currently self isolating. This is an exceptional circumstance and we will be endeavouring to do our best to try and keep things working as best we can.

We hope that all patients will show consideration to the remaining staff who will be working to keep the practice running as smoothly as possible.

If you feel your problem can wait, we hope to be back to more normal staffing levels next week so please consider delaying non urgent appointment requests until then. There may also be a delay in the processing of prescriptions and other non-urgent paperwork such as medical certificates and reports.

Once again, we are sorry for the disruption this will cause.
