It is always important that we have your correct contact details on our clinical system.

In particular, for those eligible for the COVID-19 vaccination, we need up-to-date mobile number so that you can book directly into a clinic. If you don’t have a mobile then we will call you on a land line or send a letter but this will take a little longer.
