To access your medical record, book an appointment or order prescriptions,
you can now sign up for Patient Access


Patient Access lets you use the online services of our practice. This includes arranging appointments, repeat medication, secure messages, medical record and updating your details.
This will let you interact with us at your convenience even when we are closed.

Currently available we have:

ONLINE APPOINTMENTS - This enables you to view, book, or cancel appointments with your doctor online.
ONLINE REPEATS - This is a new, enhanced way to request your repeat prescriptions online. 
The ability to view your medication history.
The ability to view your allergies & immunisation history.
Mobile applications to manage your appointments and order prescriptions on the go.

New from April 2016:

From April 2016 GP surgeries will be able to provide detailed coded information providing the surgery's clinical software supplier can comply. Currently you can see medications, appointments and allergies. From April you will be able to see coded information. Un-coded data will not be available.

How to Apply

Firstly, you will need to apply for Patient Access with the Practice to use this service.
Once set up, you will be given information to create an online account with your own unique account verification codes.

If you would like to participate in this service, please come in to the surgery to complete an application form and hand it to reception with photo ID - either a passport or driving licence. Proof of your identity is important in order to protect you from anyone accessing your confidential patient information.

Please note: the surgery will be unable to process an application without ID.
